  • Signing up is simple! Just browse the available programs on our website, select the course, date, time, and your child’s age group, then add it to your cart. From there, you’ll be able to create an account (which we highly recommend), enter your information, and complete payment to secure your spot.

    If a program or date cannot be selected, it means it’s not currently on our schedule. Please check back soon, as new sessions are added regularly.

  • After completing your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include both mandatory and optional forms that must be completed and returned prior to your child’s participation in the program. These forms may include, but are not limited to: emergency contact information, medical history, allergy or dietary restrictions, and parent/guardian authorization.

    Please note: Completion and timely submission of all required documentation is necessary for your child to attend. Failure to submit required forms in full and by the stated deadline will result in your child being unable to participate, and no refund will be issued.

  • We collect certain information such as emergency contacts, relevant medical details, allergies or dietary restrictions, and parent or guardian authorization to support your child’s participation in our programs and help staff respond appropriately if situations arise. This information is also used to ensure children are released only to authorized individuals, maintaining a safe and secure environment during all program activities.

  • Our programs are primarily designed for children ages 5 to 12, but select classes are available for students as young as 4 and up to 18 years old, depending on the subject and activity.

    • Your school/center’s name

    • The type of program(s) you’re interested in

    • The age range of students

    • Your estimated budget

    A member of our team will get back to you to explore options and customize a program that fits your goals and resources.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or made an error in your booking, you must notify us via email before the scheduled start date and time of the program. Only then can your request be considered for a credit toward a future course.

    If no email is received, or if the notification is sent after the class has started, the absence will be marked as a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued, as agreed upon in the booking terms and conditions.

  • No, our program is focused solely on education and enrichment. We do not provide snacks, meals, or nap times, as we are not a childcare facility.
